About This Course
ABOUT THIS COURSE: Plants that have already had an AI briefing often still have the same questions: what to start with, what to leave for now, and who signs off each use. This session settles them for your plant, in a day. Your leadership team scores its own AI use cases against its own KPIs, sorts them by governance needs, and completes a one-page adoption roadmap. The facilitator keeps the session moving. Back office and admin work comes first as a low-risk starting point. A short live demonstration shows an 8D drafting assistant built by a quality team using synthetic data. Leaders leave able to green light low-risk opportunities and identify where governance is needed. The session supports and operationalises EU AI Act Article 4 obligations. It does not make you compliant. TARGET AUDIENCE ● Plant and operations leadership: operations director, plant manager, COO, owner ● Heads of quality, supply chain, engineering, HR, finance, sales and back office ● Companies deciding whether, where and in what order to adopt AI ● 4 to 10 senior people per session, composed by the plant TRAINING CONTENT ● Fluency vs literacy, and why artefacts beat awareness slides ● Adoption sequence: back office, role tools, then capital projects ● Live 8D drafting assistant demonstration using synthetic data ● Spotting AI opportunities across the plant, including back office ● EU AI Act in plain language: Article 4, Digital Omnibus deferrals, what applies and when ● Human decisions that must remain with people ● High risk as a governance route, using CV screening as the worked case ● Sorting uses into green, amber and red ● Scoring value, risk and feasibility against your own KPIs ● Choosing 1 or 2 starting wins and 1 deliberate deferral ● Building the roadmap: maturity, wins, deferrals, sequence and next steps ● Naming an owner, KPI and go/no-go trigger for each wave ● Committing to a first action using existing licences ● Where ISO 42001, 27001 and TISAX fit, as a separate conversation ASSESSMENT Certificate of attendance. The measure is, as well, whether the room leaves with a roadmap it owns and a win it can start on its own tooling. COURSE PRE-REQUISITES None. DELIVERY On-site in your boardroom, with 4 to 10 senior people around the table, working on a wall canvas. Also available online for multi-site groups, on a shared canvas. All demonstrations and worked examples use synthetic data only. DURATION 1 full day or 2 half days
